Our Process, Tailored to Your Needs

Big or small, no two projects are exactly alike. Some clients prefer more hand-holding while others enjoy rolling up their sleeves. We will find a feasible path forward based on your comfort level and desire to order, build, and install products.

In-Take

Submit a short summary of your project via our "Contact" page. We will get in-touch for more info.

Agreement

After we discuss your project needs, timeline and budget, we will agree to a fee structure with project milestones. A deposit may be required at this stage.

Programming

Data will be collected and analyzed via questionnaire and a possible site visit to determine existing conditions, requirements, and ultimately state the problem-which serves as the basis for design.

Design

At this stage, possible solutions are explored and presented. Deliverables may include floor plans, elevations, mood boards, finish samples after several rounds of client feedback.

Install

The fun part-implementing the final solution! Depending on the agreement in-place, do-it-yourselfers may take over and complete the project from here. When included, product purchases, delivery, install and sub-contractors will be coordinated.
